Interval

Every year our winter menu is has the shortest run due to Austin’s mostly non existent season and Holiday/Dry January menus - so we decided to start using that to our advantage.

Interval lets us experiment with techniques we haven’t done at scale before, as well as present cocktails that haven’t fit the mold of previous menus.

P.S. Meet Harry - the mad scientist who keeps the WHISLER’S engine running - prepping day in a day out so we can keep up with insane volume while maintaining our high standards of quality. Always critiquing and tweaking our cocktails to be the best they can be.
